Inappropriate?

Is it inappropriate to have a crush on one of my professors? I would say he is mid-30s. I am pretty sure he is single. He isn’t from Utah. I would go into more detail about him, but I don’t know if that is a good idea. What if he found out about it? (Because my blog is SO popular…) He is pretty smart, witty, and just funny. He is cute too! So, is it inappropriate? Can students and professors date? (Obviously, not during the semester when he is my professor.)
